Yes — HerraWear can be worn on its own for full protection, or as backup alongside a tampon, pad, or menstrual cup.

Rinse in cold water until it runs clear, place in a mesh laundry bag, then machine wash with similar colours on a gentle cycle at max 40°C.

Avoid fabric softener — it coats the wicking layer and reduces absorbency. Air dry rather than tumble dry to protect the fabric layers.

For hygiene reasons, worn period underwear can't be returned, but unworn items in original packaging can be exchanged — get in touch via our Contact page and we'll help sort out sizing.
